ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • ORDER CONFIRMATION.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation from FLINT RIVER RANCH  with your order number and electronic invoice.  Please print the invoice for your records as one will not be shipped with the product.
  • SHIPPING.  FLINT RIVER RANCH endeavors to process and ship all orders received before noon within 24 hours.  Orders received on a Friday, or the day before a holiday, are invoiced and shipped the next business day. 
  • AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME.  Average delivery time after UPS pick up is 3 - 4 business days.
  • AUTOMATIC SHIPMENTS.  An automatic shipment program is an ideal way to insure that you will receive products on a regularly scheduled basis.  An autoship schedule can be easily canceled or changed with a minimum advance notice of 5 business days.  Going on vacation?  We can ship anywhere in the lower 48 states with advanced notice as stated.
  • GUARANTEE.  If any product fails to meet your expectations for any reason, it may be returned within 30 days of invoice date by shipping prepaid for replacement, refund, or credit.  FRR will reimburse the original purchase price; they will not reimburse for the cost of return shipping except in cases where the wrong order was received.  
  •  CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY.  All personal and credit card information is confidential and is not available to third parties either by myself or FLINT RIVER RANCH. 
  • REFERRAL PROGRAM.  All of my customers are eligbile for on-going referral program.  Refer a friend or family member.  Receive a 10% discount on your next order following your referral's first order.  No limit on number of referrals.  Your continued business is appreciated.
